Statutory Financial Management & Audits
Humble Hearts Charitable Trust operates under strict financial discipline. Donations received from individuals, corporate donors, and charitable trusts are allocated according to approved budgets, statutory mandates, and donor-designated programs.
Key Financial Principles
- Authorized Banking: All donor funds are received through recognized banking channels (Axis Bank Account No. 924020058353649, IFSC: UTIB0005505). Funds are never transferred to private or unauthorized accounts.
- Restricted Fund Tracking: Contributions for specific causes (e.g., Foundation First, Women's Vocational Training, Ration with Dignity) are segregated and utilized solely for the designated purpose.
- Independent Audit: Financial accounts are periodically reconciled and audited annually by registered Chartered Accountants.
- Statutory Filings: Annual returns, income disclosures, and CSR project filings are submitted in full compliance with the Charity Commissioner, Income Tax Department, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Expense Documentation: Every program expense, trainer payout, material purchase, and grocery procurement is supported by verified vouchers, GST invoices, and authorized sign-offs.
